ACE Lab PhD student, Changwon Son’s proposal titled “Identifying Sources of Resilience in a Large-scale Disaster Management through Dynamic Team Interaction” is one of the recipients of the Texas Sea Grant. Changwon’s research will aim to identify patterns of resilience of an Incident Management Team (IMT) during disaster responses by examining dynamic interactions among humans, technologies, and demands from a disaster.
