Testing the Boundaries of Innovation

Texas A&M University College of Engineering

Dr. Sasangohar receives the prestigious Research Impact Award!

Dr. Sasangohar received the 2020 TEES Research Impact Award. The annual “Research Impact Awards” program is intended to highlight research that has had an impact, broadly defined as leading to outcomes that extend beyond conventional boundaries (e.g., publications of funding). Examples of this kind of impact may include, but are not limited to solving a long existing problem, receiving many citations for published work, establishing entrepreneurial or startup ventures, receiving patents that have generated significant licensing revenue, producing tools or products that have become widely adopted in practice by industry and/or government. Dr Sasangohar’s award reads “Dr. Sasangohar is being recognized for his research on continuous monitoring of PTSD among combat veterans”.
