Dr. Sasangohar was featured in Infecting the mind: Burnout in health care workers during COVID-19

The article published in collaboration with Houston Methodist Hospital evaluating the exacerbation of physician burnout during the COVID-19 pandemic was featured in a Texas A&M Engineering article. Researchers recommended options to reduce physician burnout which included but were not limited to national disaster mitigation plans and using wearable sensors to monitor physician’s mental health and mitigate stress.
