Jukrin Moon is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Texas A&M University. As part of her dissertation research, she is currently investigating cognition in crisis management teams using a macroergonomics approach. Overall, her research interests center around understanding interactions within and across cognitive systems, and thereby better designing and managing the networked systems’ complex adaptive behaviors in safety critical domains. She chose ACE-Lab & Texas A&M’s ISEN department as it is a great fit for her passion to better understand emerging topics in humanfactors, ergonomics, and systems engineering.
